Amber Shoop Felts proudly serves as CEO of Sovereign Entities, Inc and is an enrolled member of the Tolowa Dee-ni’ Nation (formerly Smith River Rancheria).  Amber runs the Sovereign Media Division of SEI including Shoops Photography and the Studio on Sutter.  Amber is also the Vice President of the Folsom Historic District Association.

John Felts is the President of the SovEnergy Division.  John has spent his business career building in start up companies in industries including telecom, waste management, network infrastructure and security, electric vehicles and energy resilience.  John also participates in local government in Folsom, CA and sits on the Board of the Friends of Folsom Powerhouse Assoc.

Marten Mills is Vice President of SovEnergy focusing on business and project development.   Marten is known for his cross-functional expertise in energy systems, project management, and client-focused development. His network includes professionals across engineering, sustainability, and alternative fuels, reflecting his commitment to advancing clean energy solutions.
